I recently stumbled across this book and purchased it. At first I didn’t realize the impact it has had in my sales career. Once I was in the business for awhile and referenced back and used the material it was amazing. The sales techniques are simple and in a story format. There were probably 25 things that I tweaked in my presentation and sales are increasing! Sales are not hard you just need to know some tricks you may be overlooking. My friend read the book and it helped him and he dosen’t even sell timeshare!

At first did not expect much from this read….however, after taking the time to read it I quickly learned this book was much more powerful than it had been described. Not very “meaty”, but a great concise book to reference regularly. Excellent for a more seasoned (well versed) Timeshare Sales Professional!

This book is a big disappointment…it should have been titled, “Timeshare Kindergarten”. It contained one or two good ideas, but no real secrets as promised and the information as a whole was extremely basic in both timeshare and sales in general.

I find it hard to believe that this book is a #1 bestseller. I have recently started selling timeshare and I bought this book hoping it had information on third party stories and overcoming objections. It was definately EASY reading and I was able to finish the book in less than an hour. However, I was very disappointed with the lack of content! Instead of a self help book, it is about a man who recently started selling timeshare. Alot of trivial information for a book that is supposed to contain the secrets of timeshare sales. This book cost over $18 and not worth the money. I also purchased Rita Bruegger’s Vacation Ownership Sales Training and it was only $16 with much more to offer.
