Question by maryt0917: What are the annual dues for when you have a Disney Vacation Club timeshare?
I'm debating whether to sell my timeshare. I pay a month on annual dues, and am thinking it's a rip off. Any suggestions/comments?
I am a DVC member, and am wondering what gets applied with the money I pay per month? The annual dues seem to be outrageous!

timeshares are mucho expensive upkeep. Like nearly 00/yr depending what you have.

great video, thats awesome; its one of the timeshares i’m looking at for my trip to florida! question: why is there random stairs to another apartment? can you lock it so you have privacy, or can someone just come through that door whenever?

The Service of Westgate sucked. There were almost no maid service. A no maid service from a hotel is something I never heard of. You go to vacations to get spoiled but you have to do your own trash.

its at the westgate town center i think the resort and spa is like half a mile away from here and yes its a 2 bedroom

My parents just got rid of theirs.
They messed up our reservation. They put 17 people in 1 condo when we booked two. My parents never want to go back so they sold it.

me and my husband and our son stayed in a room that looked exzactly like that one..there was no diffrence, i’m not sure if thats the same room. But our couch looked the same except ours was green. They may have more than one of the same exzact rooms.

That is the 5600 bldg at Westgate Town Center. The 5500 bldg is lakefront with an awesome Disney view! Good move & congrats on that upgrade!

yes it is…and i recently upgraded to a 3 bedroom in the newer 5500 building…they make it seem good.

Nice video. My home resort is Westgate Lakes. Is that Wesgate Town Center?
