Question by Zane: What's better: vacation ownership (fractional ownership) or timeshare?
I've been told that "vacation ownership" offers more flexibility than timeshare.
I'm interested in learning if and how this may be so.
Can anyone tell me more? Can someone recommend a reputable company involved in vacation ownership?
